AgentX is an AI-powered continuous cyber threat monitoring platform provided by Solvatex. It uses a consortium of 10 open source AI models to analyze internet traffic and detect security threats in real time. The service is provided "as is" during the beta phase.

You must create an account to use AgentX. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each account is personal and may not be shared.

Solvatex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive usage.

AgentX is designed for defensive security monitoring only. You may only monitor targets that you own or have explicit authorization to monitor.

Using AgentX to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Security reports and analysis generated by AgentX belong to you. Solvatex does not claim ownership over your monitoring data or outputs.

The AgentX platform, its interface, and its underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Solvatex.

AgentX is an AI-powered monitoring tool, not a replacement for a complete security operations center (SOC). Threat detections may contain false positives or miss certain attack vectors. You are responsible for validating alerts and taking appropriate action.

Solvatex is not liable for damages resulting from undetected threats or false alerts.

Solvatex may update these terms at any time. Continued use of AgentX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
